Can I Wear A Tie With An Untucked Shirt

DBSK Mirotic was kidnapped by a Venezuelan group? Kim Hyun Joong

A group of Venezuela under the name of 'Ziva' introduced a English version of Mirotic, but it seems it is just a cover.
Last year MBLAQ song "Oh Yeah" was plagiarized by an Ecuadorian singer, now a Venezuelan group introduced a English version of Mirotic called "Under Your Skin".
This situation caused much concern among fans wondering if a case of plagiarism or maybe have the rights to the song.
After speculations, the Venezuelan band issued the following statement:
"Gentlemen, we thank you who do not speak without knowing .. We are not presenting this issue as a subject is a cover .. .. Let it be clear. The only thing we did was change q lyrics ... Because we also continue to DBSK and Venezuela want to bring that style ... I do not intend to plagiarize anybody .. We're just doing a cover of this issue for use in our repertoire ... Because we will be doing what the kpop ... Ziva. "
also mention in your Facebook account who are very proud to do a cover song from DBSK and modify its Latin style.
"Ziva somo We are proud to sing a cover of DBSK GROUP EX and versioning to our Latin style thanks for your comments. Our style is a fusion of various genres." You are saying?, Listen to audio here of the song.

Lyrics:
"Lost
time I'm with another
Te hize mia
And I cry inside your skin
Let me tell you that no longer I like
They no longer love you. "

Even if it is a cover which still needs approval in the event that you want to promote, so if there is any problem with this, might be able to hear some of the SM Entertainment or the original author.
