1.Enter easily and clearly as possible with short sentences.

4. The recipient

In formal letters usually written the name and address to which the letter is addressed.

5. The salutation

Tells Who is the letter: "Dear Sir

(formal, a man)
" Dear Madam (formal, female)
-Dear Sirs (formal, one company)
"Dear Mr Smith (formal, a man's last name)
" Dear Mrs Smith (formal, a woman's last name)
-Dear Tom (informal, an acquaintance, including the name)

6. The body

The body of the letter can be written with each new paragraph indented (indented form) or without bleeding (block form). The first paragraph should state the objective of the letter. The second explains the details later. The last paragraph should specify what you want. If you expect a response could include the following sentence:

-I look forward to hearing from you soon.

7. The final formula

As a formula is used to open the letter, also uses a formula to end. But care must be taken as the final formula depends on the form of greeting used.

-Yours faithfully / Truly (formal, if used Dear Sir / Dear Madam / Dear Sirs)
-Yours sincerely (formal, if used Dear Mr Smith / Dear Mrs Smith)
-Yours (informal, if used Dear Tom)
